Spaces made for small people
Learning rooms
Rooms that invite children to explore
Our rooms are bright and open, with large windows and plenty of natural light. Child-sized timber tables and chairs mean children can sit comfortably to draw, eat and play together.
Toys, puzzles and learning materials sit on low, open shelves so children can choose for themselves and help pack away. Picture books are displayed face-out, which makes it easy for even the youngest children to pick a favourite.
Reading and quiet spaces
Busy days need quiet moments. A cosy corner with a couch, cushions and a soft rug gives children a place to look at books, share a story with an educator or simply rest.
Sensory and creative play
Colourful sensory floor tiles, art tables stocked with pencils, markers and craft materials, and plenty of open-ended toys help children use their hands, eyes and imagination.
Rest and sleep
Younger children follow their own sleep routines, with a quiet space set aside for rest. Talk to us about your child’s sleep habits and we will do our best to keep them consistent with home.
Outdoor play
Room to run, dig and play outside
Fresh air is part of every day. Our fenced outdoor area has soft synthetic grass, shade sails and a covered timber sandpit, so children can dig, run and play in comfort.
Outdoor play builds strength, balance and confidence. It is also where lots of friendships start, over a shared bucket or a sandcastle.
On-site kitchen
A real kitchen, cooking every day
All of the children’s meals are prepared here at the centre. That means food made fresh each day, with halal, vegetarian and allergy-aware options planned in.

Feeling safe comes first. It is what lets children relax, play and learn.
Secure outdoor space
Our outdoor play area is fully fenced, so children can play freely while staying safely inside the centre grounds.
Supervision all day
Educators supervise children at all times, indoors and out, in line with the National Quality Framework.
Safe arrivals and departures
We know who is dropping off and collecting each child. Tell us in advance if someone new will be picking up.

Questions about our centre
Can I see the centre before enrolling?
Yes, and we recommend it. Book a tour and we will walk you through the rooms, the outdoor play area and the kitchen.
Do children play outside every day?
Outdoor play is part of every day at YoMy Sunshine. Please pack clothes suited to the weather, including a hat in warmer months.
Where do babies sleep?
Babies and younger children sleep in a quiet space set aside for rest, following their own sleep routine from home as closely as possible. We are happy to show you on a tour.

Come and walk through the rooms, peek into the outdoor area and see where your child would spend their day. Tours are relaxed, and children are very welcome.
