When you book a tour or send an enquiry through our website, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your child’s age
• your preferred days of care and tour time, if you share them
• anything you choose to write in your message

We do not ask for your child’s name, date of birth or health information through the website. Please do not include medical details in your message. We will collect what we need during enrolment.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a tour and talk with you about care at YoMy Sunshine. Your form is sent by email to our centre team.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to. Our website and email are run by service providers who store data on our behalf.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, or as the law requires.
